ODELUCE will develop a web-based Observatory that will collect and codify information on the use of C&IT in university continuing education throughout Europe. The aim of the Observatory is to provide a gateway to innovative practices and services based on the use of C&IT across a range of continuing education activities. The Observatory will provide access to information on educational multimedia products and Internet-based services and will examine issues relating to quality assessment.
